In today’s modern era, we run to earn money, eat outside sood, due to which we are surrounded by many diseases, one of which is digestion, yoga is very effective remedy for digestion. If you master yoga, then your life is long and healthy. There is no such disease which cannot be cured by yoga.
Vajrasana or Veerasana
Vajrasana is made up of two words Vajra+Asana. In which Vajra means the mighty weapon of the Hindu God Indra, whose name is Vajra, this weapon was made to kill the Asuras. Now Asana means posture.
This asana is one of the asanas done for the practice of meditation, close your eyes in the last stage of this asana.
How to do this asana.
Before doing this asana, you should wear such clothes in which you feel comfortable. So that you do not have any problem in doing this asana. then do following steps.
- Sit with both legs stretched out, hands by the side of your body and palms on the floor, fingers facing forward.
- Fold both the legs one by one and sit by pressing the toes under your buttocks.
- The toes of both the feet should meet each other. The heels should be spread and the buttocks should be above the heels.
- Place the palms of both the hands on your knees.
- Keep the waist straight and Look in the front or keep your eyes closed.
- Do this asana for few minutes as you can do this then unfold your both legs one by one and take rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
- After rest start this asana again. You have to this asana for 30 to 40 minutes every day in the morning. Best time for yoga is early morning between 4 AM to 6 AM. In this time you will get pure air with natural air. If possible do yoga in greenary
If you are doing this posture for the first time, then you can increase the time limit of the posture by spending less time first time.
Benefits: This easy will increase your digestion power and strengthen your thigh and calf muscles.
Precautions: Hemorrhoid patients, who have pain in their knees, who have injured their heels, should avoid this asana.
